Whether you’re dealing with lighthearted moments or heavier matters weighing on your heart, I’m here to listen and offer a compassionate ear.

I offer four types of Support Sessions that are easy to schedule at a time that works best for you.
Select either a 30 or 60 minute Video Session which offers the unique benefit of real-time visual connection, which can help some clients feel truly seen and understood.
In this 30 or 60 minute texting session, you’ll receive thoughtful, genuine support and meaningful conversation at your own pace. Texting offers the benefit of privacy and convenience, allowing you to reflect before responding, without the pressure of a phone or video call.
Sessions via email provide a comfortable private space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, questions, experiences & whatever is on your mind. Through written communication you can express yourself freely and receive thoughtful, supportive responses.
